I catched the milisecond when you see Khaled Al Asad smiling (see first comment - many were not succesful and got the result decribed below).
Was some reaction test i would say ^^
The 'cookie' for all those CS Players in Multiplayer - look how detailed the barrel of the Desert Eagle is!
My first contact with that gun in Video Games was in 'Contract J.A.C.K.' and i immediately loved it - but now - nah ^^
